Mount Washington is steep, winding, and wonderful for dogs, which is exactly why coats here need attention. Trail time means foxtails, burrs and dust worked deep into the undercoat, and foxtails in particular can migrate into skin, ears and paws if they're missed. It's also the last place you want to be driving a wet, unhappy dog down a canyon road. We come up, we park where we can, and we do the whole thing on site with an ear, paw and skin check every visit.
