Go Hollywood Grooming, also known as Hollywood Mobile Grooming, has been named Business Angel of the Year by the Los Angeles Business Journal—a title well-deserved for their remarkable 20+ years of community service. Owned and operated by Chuck and Yael Rubin, this mobile grooming company is far more than a pet service provider; it’s a lifeline for thousands of animals and their owners throughout Los Angeles.
From city shelters to the streets, Go Hollywood Grooming has offered free grooming services to the pets of unhoused individuals, low-income families, and military veterans. Their commitment to animal welfare is unwavering. In 2024 alone, their mobile fleet served pets at Burbank, Mission Hills, and East Valley Animal Shelters—offering care that not only transforms the animals’ appearance, but also their chances at adoption.
Their most heartwarming event, Santa Paws “Miracle Makeovers”, took place on December 14, 2024. With over 25 groomers and volunteers, they groomed 99 dogs at the East Valley Shelter—their largest effort to date.
Whether responding to the Red Cross after local fires or supporting the Rescue Train’s intervention programs, Go Hollywood Grooming continually answers the call for help. Their selfless service, professionalism, and genuine love for animals make them true angels in our city.
This recognition is not just for their outstanding business, but for their powerful role in building a more compassionate Los Angeles—one paw at a time.
